Prof. Andrew Clark, Alumni of Network Security Lab received National Science Foundation (NSF) CAREER Award. The goal of his career project is to ensure that cyber-physical systems are able to operate safely and effectively even when system components are compromised by cyber attacks, a property defined as \"cyber-resilience\". Prof. Clark proposes to develop algorithms for cyber-resilient CPS at short time-scales and long time-scales. The approach of the project is at the intersection of optimization, control theory, game theory, machine learning, and cyber security, and will include evaluation and prototyping on two hardware testbeds which builds upon on Prof. Clark's PhD studies at Network Security Lab.
