Research
Shaghayegh is working on a project related to self-assembly and packaging of the electronic chips. She is using stochastic simulation to model the assembly of the parts, and estimate the assembly parameters such as yield and assembly rate. The process she is trying to model is a dry self-assembly process for packaging of thermoelectric cooling elements on electronic devices.
